This National Day, Edenstone releases Bersama Majulah, an AI-assisted short film that offers a fresh take on Singapore's journey through the lens of its sci-fi IP, Spore Fall.

Positioned as Southeast Asia's "first human-written, AI-realised transmedia franchise," the project uses AI as a production tool to enhance visual effects and environments, while keeping narrative and character development firmly in human hands. Led by Golden Horse Award-winning producer Chan Gin Kai and showrunner Joel Boh, the film reimagines a fictional "Lionara" facing a spore pathogenic outbreak—a metaphor for the adaptability and collective strength that have defined Singapore's 61-year history.

Showrunner Joel Boh describes it as "the ultimate act of faith" in the resilience of the Singapore identity, suggesting that even dystopian narratives can celebrate unity and hope.

The teaser has already generated significant public discussion, reflecting the project's ability to engage audiences on questions of art, technology, and national identity.
